For OneNote integrations, five elements are available for task names: elements to specify the title template for the parent task option.Īctions settings let you control what Pleexy will do when you change, complete, or delete tasks in OneNote or Wunderlist-both sides of the integration!įirst, tell Pleexy what should happen in Wunderlist when you delete a to-do in OneNote. Under Task title template, use macros to customize how Pleexy names your tasks. In the Task settings, you can specify how Pleexy creates, names, and synchronizes tasks and task attributes. For example, Pleexy will create tasks from a “Development” notebook in OneNote and a “Development” board in Trello in a single root project. This way, Pleexy can combine tasks from different source services in the same project. Note: If a project with the same name already exists in the root project you select, Pleexy will use it instead of creating a new project. Pleexy will create individual projects within the root project you select for the tasks from each OneNote notebook.

Back in your Pleexy settings, in the project drop-down menu, click Refresh to update the list of projects. I only found one issue with Wunderlist and that was on each settings page - it appears the text is in white because it does not appear properly in any of those pages. I was impressed as I tested adding items separately through Cortana and in Wunderlist - the new updates sync very quickly between each system - and Wunderslist definitely provides a more granular level of control for the lists you are working with. So when I posted the closer look at this new skill for Cortana earlier today, I thought an App Tour of Wunderslist would be the perfect match today. When Microsoft added a skill to Cortana last week to help you create and add items for to do lists it included very basic capabilities within Cortana herself however, if you want to get deeper into managing those lists then you will want to take advantage of the connection that is possible between Cortana and Wunderlist.
